Breathe Easy


Lung, Sinus & Respiratory Reliever:
2-3 drops eucalyptus (helps tight muscles, supports respiratory function)
1-2 drops lemon or lemongrass (analgesic, antiseptic, antimicrobial)
1-2 drops peppermint (promotes clear breathing, increased blood flow))
Can be used as a chest rub and under the nose. Before washing the residue off of your hands, cup them together and inhale. Breathe 2 breaths deeply through the nose, and 2 breaths deeply into the mouth. If completely congested, this will open up the sinuses in less than a minute! You can also take this mixture and diffuse it.
